Why get yourself in trouble with a ARM (adjustable rate mortgage) when you can lock in the best fixed rate available. Rates just can’t stay this low for long.

Did you resist the temptation to take cash out on the equity in your home during the “boom”?   Now maybe the time to pay yourself back by getting the best fixed rate loan.
